RECOVERY ? This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to fund the resulting fixed-price contract in whole via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Pub. L. 111-5) (Recovery Act).
Solicitation SSA-RFQ-15-0643 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), under full and open competition, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82.
The Office of Acquisition and Grants (OAG) is seeking to purchase on an all-or-none basis various brand-name and brand-name or equal items, along with installation services for any applicable items, for assembling an Inventory Management System at the National Support Center (NSC) in Urbana, MD.

Delivery and installation shall occur no later than three business days after award in coordination with the technical point of contact assigned to this requirement. The technical point of contact, along with his or her contact information, will be provided upon award. FOB Destination is required for the following location:
National Support Center (NSC) Receiving Dock, 8999 Bennett Creek Boulevard, Frederick, MD 21704

Refer to the Addendum to the SF-1449 (SSA-RFQ-15-0643), along with any other attachments, via FedConnect, for instructions for submitting a quotation in response to this solicitation. Please be sure to sign and complete boxes 30a ? 30c of the SF-1449, and review and address, as applicable, the following FAR provisions, as incorporated in the Addendum to the SF-1449:

For the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Commercial Items (NOV 2014), complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if you have previously completed the annual representations and certificates electronically via http://www.acquisition.gov. If you have not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the System for Award Management (SAM) website, complete only paragraphs (c) through (o) of this provision.
