The purpose of this amendment is to amend Attachment 6 (L-9) to highlight rows 30-50 to indicate "historical critical labor categories." (This was captured on Amendment 0002, but was inadvertently left out on Amendment 0004.) Also, this amendment incorporates 52.222-99. See document entitled "FA8650-14-R-4017 - Amd 0005."

The proposal due date is unchanged and remains NLT 3:00 p.m. Eastern on 10 July 2014.
