700 MHz Communications System
The Statewide Interoperability Executive Council (SIEC) is soliciting proposals on behalf of the State of
Delaware from firms capable of providing a 700 MHz Communications System, including software,
hardware, ancillary equipment, and necessary subsystems that will result in a fully integrated and
operational communications system meeting the requirements of this Request for Proposal.
It is the goal of this Request for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute contracts to implement the 700
MHz Communication System described in Appendix A herein.
