SUBJECT: Sources Sought for a Court Reporter at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI.


The Government is seeking qualified Vendors capable of providing Court Reporter services. The VA wants responses only from Vendors that are qualified to provide mentioned services and are able to demonstrate their firm s capabilities.

This is NOT a solicitation; therefore, quotes WILL NOT be considered and telephone inquiries will not be accepted or returned.

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center/ VA Milwaukee is conducting a market survey to determine the existence of potential small business concerns (e.g., HUBZone, 8(a), VOSB, SDVOSB, Woman Owned, etc.) with the capability to accomplish this. Contractor must be able to provide proof of being Board Certified to provide Court Reporting Services.

The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.

Each submittal shall also include the following business information:
DUNS number
Organization Name
Organization Address
Point of Contact (including name, title, addresses, telephone number, fax number and Email address)
Business size
Socio-economic status
