This is a Pre-solicitation Notice.
Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of any existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Repairing Seismic Shear Walls at the Community Living Center in Vancouver WA as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems and construction and certain other items.

This procurement is being set aside 100% SDVOSB. The applicable NAICS code is
236220 / 36.5mil size standard.
Work will include, but is not limited to, selective demolition, general construction, mechanical, landscape and electrical work. Contract completion time will be 560 calendar days from the date of the date of award. The VA anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract. As authorized by FAR 5.102, solicitation dissemination is limited to electronic medium, and VA will provide no hard copies. The solicitation, consisting of various bid documents, specifications, forms, and drawings will be available for download at no charge at the FedBizOpps (FBO) website in the coming weeks. Bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all bid documents and any amendments, and should re-visit the FBO website periodically to look for any updates.
