Page 1 of 1 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for project 642-15-100 Replacement of AC-17. This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required to replace AC-17 located on the fourth floor in building 2 in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work is to include, mechanical, electrical, architectural, fire, safety and controls. The contractor shall maintain the day to day operations of the area served by A/C 17. Contractor shall provide and install temporary unit as show on drawings. All work is located at the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 180 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov . Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million. A pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held within two weeks after issuance of the solicitation. The exact date/time/location of the conference will be specified in the solicitation. The solicitation documents will be posted at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov) on or about May 22, 2019.
