Municipal Services_Grounds Maintenance_Region 5_ for 63rd Readiness Division
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District is issuing this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Municipal Services for the 63rd Readiness Division (RD) Region 5 locations that provides services covering the southern half of California (see attached Operations Area Map.
The type of services being provided is Grounds Maintenance Services, which may include, but not limited to mowing, landscaping care, trees-shrubs, and plants.
The Government intends to solicit for a contract period of one Base Year and two Option Years with Firm-Fixed Priced Line Items.
This solicitation is a total small business set‐aside, NAICS Code 561730 applies and the small business size standard is $7.5 million.
Included in this solicitation are the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Instructions, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Line Item Numbers (ELINs), and the Operations Area Map.
