Project 600-18-002 Domestic Hot Water Piping Modification, Bldg. 150 located at Long Beach California VA Health Care System (LBVAHCS).
The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. This is 100% set aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The estimated construction cost is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 The estimated completion period for this work is 120 calendar days after the notice to proceed.
The specifications and drawings will be uploaded as part of the solicitation and tentative issue date actual solicitation is 15 business days from this posting. A date and time for a site visit will be stated in the solicitation. Award will be made utilizing the sealed bidding source selection process in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 14. Proposal submission instructions will be included in the solicitation package.
