5th and 6th Floors Renovations
The University seeks a firm to provide design and construction services for the renovation of the 5th and 6th floors of the Hall (approximately 16,000 square feet) to accommodate the needs of an academic department that will be relocated to the renovated spaces in summer 2013. The project will include faculty and staff offices, structional spaces, meeting rooms, and related support areas and services. The construction will occur while the remainder of the building is occupied.
