Request for Information: Survey Existing Fire and Smoke Barrier Walls

The Michael E. Debakey Veteran Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC) hereby issues the following Request Information (RFI). This RFI is to seek contractors with the capability to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and related items necessary to survey existing fire and smoke barrier walls (including 10% above ceiling to verify location of fire-rated and smoke barriers) and update the electronic computer aided design drawings at the John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans Hospital in Little Rock, Building 1 and the Eugene J. Towbin Healthcare Center in North Little Rock, Building 170. The Contractor would also be responsible for onsite supervision of his workers to ensure timely and quality work is accomplished while following recognized occupational safety and health administration regulations. The applicable North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 541350 and the business size standard is $7.5 Million. Please review the attached RFI and draft Statement of Work for more information. Responses are due by June 27, 2019 at 9:00a.m. Central Standard Time.
