Replace Heat Exchanger for Building 110A
(Project #558-18-115)
The Department of Veterans Affairs, 100 Emancipation Drive, Hampton, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 558-18-115, Replace Heat Exchanger, Building 110A at the Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton Virginia, 23667.
All work performed must meet all applicable codes and regulations and be in strict accordance with the contract drawing and specifications. The period of performance is anticipated to be approximately 60 days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed for the entire project.
Estimated construction magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
NAICS CODE: 23220, with a size standard of $36.5 Million.
This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Prospective contractors must be registered in CVE VetBiz in order to be considered. Specifications/drawings will be available on/about December 29, 2017. The specifications, drawings and any amendments and notices, if any, will be posted on this web site. Offers will be due 31 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation.
