(13499) P/N 218-1239-010 and Mason Electric Company (81579) P/N 730-4413. "Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services." Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Origin. Required delivery is 158 days ARO. This item is a candidate for Reverse Auction procedures. FAR Part 13.5 applies. This is a commercial item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 96 each for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 24 each for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 96 each for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is July 17, 2014.
