The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise necessary to construct, replace, remove, install and repair the lower portion of Employee Parking Lot I as Seed Project to Jackson VAMC, Exterior Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Contract. This requirement shall require the contractor to verifying all measurements and amounts of material required for the project. All fence work around the area shall be new and match existing fencing. This requirement will represent the first task order associated with the Exterior IDIQ. This project is located at 1500 E. Woodrow Wilson Jackson, MS., 39216. A performance completion period of 90 days/ 3 months or sooner from NTP has been allotted for this requirement.
