This combined synopsis/solicitation VA256-14-Q-0707 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a written solicitation is attached. A quotation in response to this notice must be received not later than 2:00 p.m. CDT, April 24, 2014. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72.
