The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a committed source of service to provide VA Black Hills Health Care System (BHHCS) with Annual safety testing of all Elevators, to include two semi-annual elevator inspections on all BHHCS elevators per contract year for the period of October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018. Approved vendor agrees to administer the proposed objectives pursuant to the terms of this Statement of Work and in the proposal submitted by VA BHHCS. The Department of Veterans Affairs Black Hills Health Care System (VA BHHCS) has a requirement for the inspection and safety testing of each elevator and dumbwaiter for a base plus four option year contract. The contract services the BHHCS Facilities of Hot Springs and Fort Meade, South Dakota.
