This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation ----55_LRS_Portable_Loading_Dock is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 (effective 12 July 2019). This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 333924 and the small business size standard is 750 Employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation;

30' - OVERALL WIDTH: 192" - SERVICE WIDTH: 186" - ADJUSTABLE DECK HEIGHT BATTERY ELECTRIC OR BATTERY OPERATED AT: 48"-60" - SAFETY: REMOVABLE HANDRAILS
ABOVE 30" PER IBC 1013.2, WHEEL CHOCKS PER OSHA CODE 29 CFR 1910.178(K), SOLID FULL LENGTH 13" HIGH SOLID RUN OFF GUARDS.

STATEMENT OF NEED
55th Logistics Readiness Squadron Portable Loading Dock w/ Ramp
1.    Purpose: This requirement is for one Portable Loading Dock w/ Ramp for use at the Logistics Readiness Squadron on Offutt AFB, NE. Loading dock is needed to support Wing/USSTRATCOM exercises and would need an in-place date of 30 September 2019.
2.    Required Loading Dock Components: Table 1 below includes required specifications and salient characteristics for the loading dock/ramp.

N/A    Portable loading dock that has an estimated ramp width of 12'-14' and support at least 30K lbs. The length of the ramp will be dependent upon the outcome of the angles needed to accommodate the equipment listed below but would like to keep it to about 40' in total length. Also, would like to include an electric or battery operated deck lift system that can reach 48"-60", if possible.
