The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), WJB Dorn VA Medical Center (VAMC) located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road in Columbia, South Carolina will be soliciting bids for Replace Roof Building 106. Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment, necessary to fully demolish and replace the sloped and flat roofs, repair damaged wood framing of dormers, clean out existing roof drains and replace/repair as necessary for the Replace Roof Building 106.
An Invitation for Bid (IFB) 36C24719B0007 will be issued on or about February 7, 2019. The proposed action is advertised as Total Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 238160 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $15.0 million. The classification code is Z2DA. Magnitude of project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 dated 12/20/2018. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process.
