The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) seeks a contractor to provide all labor, material, parts, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide a turnkey installation of a Dual Dispatch Console System as described below. The Dual Dispatch Console System is to be installed at the Louis Stoke VA Medical Center, 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106-1702, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and schedule as indicated below.
The VAMC currently utilizes a Motorola MCC550 Single Dispatch Console System that is used to communicate with officers in the field using handheld radios (Model# Motorola Handheld Radios: H18QDC9PW5AN). The new radio dispatch console must integrate seamlessly into the existing radio system and allow both dispatch positions to communicate with the current handheld radios in use and be capable of supporting DES-OFB Encryption. The VAMC's requirement is based on Motorola's Dual Dispatch Console System, model # MCC550 and will consider the Brand Name or Equal to satisfy this requirement.
