5381 Culvert Replacement
The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications. Project will consist of excavation of the road to remove the existing culvert and trash rack, installing a new larger culvert with a constructed stream channel inside of the new structure, and reconstructing the roadway. This project is located on the Central Coast Ranger District of the Siuslaw National Forest, Lincoln County. The Government's estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Contract performance time is 30 calendar days. Estimated start work date is July 1, 2015.
