529 Plan Manager Services
This RFI includes (i) the Texas Tuition Promise Fund®, a prepaid tuition plan, (ii) the Texas College Savings Plan®, a direct-sold college savings plan, and (iii) the LoneStar Plan®, an advisor-sold college savings plan (the aforementioned plans are known collectively as the “Plans” in this RFI). Responses to the RFI will aid Comptroller’s general understanding of the providers of various 529 service offerings and related services which are available in the industry and interested in the Plans.
