The Department is seeking a contractor to design, build and maintain North Dakotas 511 service and telephony. A more complete description of the supplies and/or services sought for this project is provided in Section 3, Scope and Schedule. Proposals submitted in response to this solicitation must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein.
