It is anticipated that a Request for Quotes will be issued in August, 2019. Award of a firm fixed price contract is contemplated by September, 2019. This notice is published to conduct market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), capable of performing the requirements to warrant a socio-economic set-aside or full & open competition. It is strongly recommended that interested parties register in the US Department of Veterans Affairs Vet Biz database and the Small Business Administration (SBA) database. SCOPE.
The Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center s (CSPCRPCC) Laboratory Section has a new requirement to perform microbial testing to ensure compliance with USP 61 and 62. Since it does not currently have the required equipment, it needs to procure it.

Operational Qualification (OQ)
Installation will be performed by a certified manufacturer-trained service engineer. Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) will be performed by the manufacturer-trained service engineer to ensure proper working specifications.
Vendor must deliver equipment NLT 90 days after receipt of contract.
Vendor must schedule and complete installation within 30 days of receipt of ordered items.
