The Community Development Commission of the City of Vista CDC is requesting
written proposals from qualified consultants and firms to prepare the Redevelopment
Implementation Plan for Fiscal Year FY 2010 through FY 2014 to fulfill the
requirements of California Community Redevelopment Law Health and Safety Code
Section 33000 et seq This plan will be the fourth Redevelopment Implementation
Plan prepared for the Vista Redevelopment Project
