4th Qtr Subsistence FY16
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, CA intends to issue a solicitation for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999; the small business size standard is 500 employees. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make formal single or multiple awards. Delivery is required by July 15, 2016.
Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or after May 27, 2016, with a due date of June 13, 2016, 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
