The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999 & 311612 which contain a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery between JULY 1, 2019 thru SEPTEMBER 30, 2019. Anything shipped prior or after will be returned at vendor's expense. Food Service Administrator must be contacted prior to delivery for approval or adjustments in delivery schedule. Deliveries will be made to the MDC BROOKLYN 80 29TH STREET BROOKLYN, NY 11232 in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror's) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government.
