Additional Requirements:



Office space must be contiguous and have potential for efficient layout and located in a professional office setting. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including twelve (12) reserved surface parking spaces for Government vehicles. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.





 

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the100 year flood plain.

 

The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (12,160 USF ABOA). The current lease will be expiring 10/18/20.

 

The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government’s requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
