This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-04 (Effective 07 Aug 2019). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 337211 and the small business size standard is 1000 EMP.
CLIN 0001 - 49 IS Modular Furniture
Contractor shall provide the following:
8x10 Manager Cube (Small)- Single ( 1 each) :
- Add power to all Panels
- Add center drawer
- LED Task Light
- 24" Wide Storage Tower with File drawers and closed shelving.
- Wood Veneer work surface in lieu of laminate (contact requester for color options)
6x8 Staff Cube (Small)- Single (1 each):
- Change wave top work surface to 24" x 72" straight top
- Add power to all panels
- Add Center drawer
- Add 6' of transaction counter top
- LED task light
- Add wood veneer work surface in lieu of laminate (contact requester for color options)
2'x 8'9" Benching Station- 2 Person (3 each):
- Add Power to all panels
- Add Center Drawer
- Add wood veneer work surface in lieu of laminate (contact requester for color options)
- -Custom Requirement: opening must be moved to opposite side of typical
Free Standing U- Shaped Desk (1 each):
- Add Center Drawer
- LED Task light
- Add 24" wide storage tower with shelves
- Add wood veneer work surface in lieu of laminate (contact requestor for color options)
- Add overhead hutch to return
30' Demountable Wall- 9' Height
- Will Include 2x door openings
- Will have wood veneer surfaces (contact requestor for color options)
- Will have marker board surface on inside of wall

STATEMENT OF NEED
49 Intelligence Modular Furniture and Demountable Walls
1. This requirement is to provide modular furniture for office spaces in the 49 Intelligence Squadron due to previous furniture being destroyed by water damage during a flood. Furnishings will be the initial issue and utilized in Building 301. Contractor shall provide for the following:
1x CLIN 0001AK 8x10 Manager Cube (Small) - Single with the following modifications (Attachment 1)
- 13M modification to add power to all panels
- 15M modification to add a center drawer
- 21M modification to change task light to LED task light
- 22M modification to add 24" wide storage tower with file drawers and closed shelving
- 26M modification to add wood veneer work surface in lieu of laminate (contact requester for color options)
1x CLIN 0001BD 6x8 Staff Cube (Small) - Single with the following modifications (Attachment 1)
- 5S modification changing wave top work surface to 24" x 72" straight top
- 13S modification to add power to all panels

2. Delivery, assembly, installation, and disposal services are requested for the office space. Room is currently vacant.
a. Contractor is fully liable for any damages that occur to the facility and surrounding grounds during the delivery, installation and disposal services. Any damages will be recorded and reported.
b. During the moving in, assembly, placement of items and removal of shipping materials, be careful attention must be shown not to destroy or damage the items, its components of or lose smaller parts and hardware required for reassembly.
3. The contractor shall work with requestor to visualize modular furniture in the workspace. A not to scale rendering has been provided for visualization and planning purposes only. (Attachment 3)
