Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This solicitation is a request for proposals (RFP).
This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business Administration 8(a) competitive.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720, with a small business size standard of $18M.
The GSA, PBS, Pacific Rim Region intends to procure and award a firm fixed price contract for custodial, grounds and related services at the San Francisco Federal Building (CA0305ZZ) at 90 7th St. San Francisco, CA. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for two-year base period with four two-year options. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically.
