NSN 4235-01-334-3304, Sorbent, Oil. Item is solicited as Unrestricted. The approved source is Spilltech Environmental (1VNK5) Part Number WRX150H. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Origin. Required delivery is 30 days ARO. FAR Part 13.5 will be utilized. This is a commercial item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 1320 RO for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 330 RO for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 1320 RO for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is November 6, 2014. The date is subject to change.
