This is a critical application item and Configuration control, and Export control, apply. This is not a Critical Safety application item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted; a tech data package will be attached to the solicitation. Government First Article Testing is required.
The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price, no options contract; the solicitation issue date is 24 July 2014, closing on 29 August 2014. DELIVERY: 450 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 23 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin.
This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA."
