416 W Congress Laboratory Demolition
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Monday, February 1, 2010 at 10:00 am at 400 W. Congress (north building in government complex) in Room 222. A site visit will follow.
BASE BID: Includes labor, materials and associated costs for demolition of materials and components of construction that have remained in the Laboratory and to refurbish this area to a shell build-out leaving existing mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and exit signs in the lower level of 416 W. Congress in Tucson as per plans and specifications.
