Description(s):
This is a presolicitation for pipe: 6,000 inches of 4" Schedule 40 pipe. Pipe will be noncommercial Level 1 Material, stainless steel Schedule 40, manufactured to Specification MIL-T-23226. Specifications will be released when the solicitation is posted. This pipe will undergo stringent ultrasonic testing procedures.
Full pipe specifications will be available on or around 11/22/2019 under solicitation N3904020Q0023.
This requirement will NOT be a small business set-aside; a full-and-open solicitation will be issued.
