3rd Party DSM Energy Efficiency Programs
The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for any one or all of the four tasks;
Task 1. Develop and administer electric and gas energy efficiency programs for residential and commercial customers.
Task 2. Develop and administer direct install for hard to reach customers, multi-family, low income, small and medium business customers.
Task 3. Develop and administer a business energy audit.
Task 4. Develop, administer and implement a complete retro-commissioning program. A separate proposal per task is required. The required services and tasks are described in the Scope of Services.
