The Board of Directors has determined that an
extensive marketing effort will be required to solicit the remaining funding to complete
the construction project. The most significant work product necessary to succeed in this effort will be
to develop a 3-D high resolution visual simulation of the current and proposed built-out
environment of the park.
The Board of Directors will expect the final 3D product to become a legacy for
associated parties to utilize extensively over the coming years as the principal marketing
tool for fund raising and soliciting funding to construct future project phases and to raise
awareness of the park statewide.
The 3D Visual Simulation model will be a
virtual pedestrian-scale walk-through where the existing and proposed memorial
features such as plazas/statures/landscaping and related structures will balance realism
(existing built environment) with future project phases and where transition and
translation from existing to future project phases is seamless. The current and future built
environment will incorporate in the 3D model features such as; moving water,
pedestrians, lighting, textures/colors/materials/finishes consistent with the plans, concepts
and desires requested by the Board of Directors. The entire 3D visual simulation
model will also include hot spots where the user will be able to zoom in at a
specified location to read text and observe relevant memorial details in a 360
environment. The model will also incorporate the areas adjacent to the park site.
