PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT QUANTICO NATIONAL CEMETERY; LOCATED IN PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY.
PURPOSE:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NC), is Soliciting Quote under Solicitation Number 36C78619Q0366 for Construction of M&R; to Repair the caulk joints at committal shelters and podium walls area; and located at National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
DESCRIPTION:
The Contractor shall provide labor, material, tools, equipment, and professional service and supervision required for the construction and performance of all work In Accordance With (IAW) the Solicitation Plans, Specifications, Drawings, required permits, terms and conditions to Replace Caulk joints at Committal Shelters and Podium Walls areas, located at National Cemetery of Alleghenies, as depicted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Specs and Drawings and the Solicitation.
COST MAGNITUDE: In Accordance With (IAW) VAAR 836.204; The Magnitude of Construction is Between $10,000.00 and $13,000.00.
SITE VISIT: A Site-Visit is scheduled for 07-22-2019 at 11:00 AM EST. Questions shall be submitted to ERIC.WASHINGTON@VA.GOV, NLT 07-23-2019 after the Site-Visit. Questions received after 07-23-2019 @ 11:00 A.M. (EST), will not be accepted. Telephone inquiries are NOT accepted during the Solicitation Period.

METHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UNDER SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE.
Award will be made on a competitive basis under Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) 13-106-2 to a responsible Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) responding to this solicitation. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is Set-Aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive.
