CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Project Number: 605-19-100, Upgrade HVAC & Led Lining . The Department of Veterans Affairs, Loma Linda VA Health Care System (LLVAHCS) has a requirement for upgrade of the HVAC and led lining in the procedure room at LLVAHCS. The intent of the procurement is to award a firm-fixed price construction contract. The Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the completion of work. The Government will not reimburse the firm for their proposal preparation cost.
Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings will be issued as attachments to the solicitation.
The Loma Linda VA Health Care System (LLVAHCS) Facilities Management Service Department requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, qualified supervision, engineering, and services for this effort.
This notice is issued by NCO-22 Gilbert, Located in Phoenix Arizona. However, work will be performed at the following VA facility:

This construction project will be solicited as a Total set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS code) for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business concerns for this NAICS code have a size standard of $39.5M.B The resulting contract will be a firm fixed construction contract. The period of performance of the contract is intended to be 45 calendar days after Notice to Proceed, with no options included.
The anticipated Range of Magnitude for this project, in accordance with VAAR 836.204 is projected to be:
Between $100,000 and $250,000.
It is anticipated that a Solicitation will be issued immediately after the posting of this pre-solicitation.
