Program Content

The training consultant should be currently certified by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) to use, administer and deliver 360? By Design training. The NLRB has used this customized instrument for the past two years and before this time, used the standard Benchmarks version. We will continue to use the 360? By Design assessment because it has been ?tailored? to address specific management competencies for NLRB managers and supervisors who participate in the program.
