The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Edgewood Contracting Division (ECD), on behalf of the U. S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command, Edgewood Chemical Biological Center (ECBC), intends to competitively solicit quotations, on a full and open basis, for the purchase and delivery of four (4) three hundred thirty (330) gallon totes - 90% solution of Monoethanolamine.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A request for quotations document will be issued at a later date.
