3 Digital Copiers
The City of Elgin is seeking three black and white digital copiers. The City shall enter into a
36 month fair market value lease for each of the machines. It is the preference of the City to
enter into one lease agreement for all machines, however vendors may bid on one or all
machines and the City reserves the right to award contract(s) as it deems in its best interests.
