Sealed bids will be received by the City of Apopka until 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. on Thursday, May
20, 2010 at the Apopka City Clerk's office, 120 E. Main Street, Apopka, Florida 32703 for the
purchase of a
3,000 GPM VERTICAL TURBINE HIGH SERVICE PUMP
AND 200 HP MOTOR
and publicly opened and read aloud at 10:15 a.m. in the City Council Chambers.
Copies of the plan and specifications are available at the Public Services Complex, 748 E.
Cleveland Street, Apopka, Florida 32703, telephone (407) 703-1731, for $10.00 per set (nonrefundable).
Payments by check or money order are to be made payable to the City of
Apopka. If shipment is required, also furnish a commercial carrier (FedEx or UPS) account
number.
Each bid shall be made out and submitted in duplicate on a form furnished as part of the Bid
Document.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularity in
any bid.
