THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE ISSUED AS AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IQC) FOR A FIVE -YEAR BASE PERIOD AND WILL BE SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS UTILZING OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH 10 USC 2304(c)(1).


THE APPROVED SOURCES ARE KORRY ELECTRONICS CO, CAGE 81590 PART NUMBER 16415-007 AND GE AVIATION SYSTEMS LLC, CAGE 19623, PART NUMBER 705464-6. ITEM IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH REFERENCE DRAWING NR 81755 16Z001. ITEM IS NOT A COMMERICAL ITEM.



AN EXPORT CONTROL BIDSET EXISTS FOR THIS NSN.
"Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services."



THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QTY IS 40 EACH, THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY OF 20 TO BE PROCURED WITHIN THE FIVE YEAR BASE PERIOD. THE MINIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QTY IS 20. THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY ORDER QUANTITY IS 40.


This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO program transportation requirements. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/.



FOB ORIGIN INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE AT DESTINATION. DELIVERY 248 DAYS ARO. SURGE AND SUSTAINMENT IS REQUIRED. MONTHLY WARTIME RATE:3 STOCK SHIPMENTS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL OF THE U.S.



THIS SOLICITATION INCLUDES DLAD PROCUREMENT NOTE L08 - USE OF SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE RISK SYSTEM (SPRS) - IN PAST PERFORMANCE EVALUATIONS.
