This procurement is for NSN: 2640-00-758-6274, Valve, Adapter, Tire, used on various aircraft. Subject NSN is being procured in accordance with (IAW) approved manufacturers Code and Part Number (AMSC/AMC: 3D). Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Current Approved Source: Milton Industries (94894), PN: 1007.
This requirement is an acquisition for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) in accordance with FAR 13.5 commercial procedures for one NSN. The estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 2919. Unit of Issue: Each. Quantity ranges and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB: Origin. Inspection and Acceptance: Destination. The term will be a three-year base period with two, one-year options to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and delivery. The proposed contract is not set-aside for small business concerns. The appropriate NAICS code is 332911 with a size standard of 750 employees. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(c) Other than Full and open competition applies.
