26 Ton Air Conditioning Cooler/Chiller
This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a commercial supply item for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for a 26 ton air conditioning cooler/chiller and associated parts. Please refer to the solicitation and the items listing for more information for this requirement, all items are brand name or equal. Please refer to contract provision FAR 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal if your company intends to submit an equal item. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for this requirement to the quote that is most advantageous to the Government. The solicitation will be made available immediately. This requirement has been set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333415 - Air-Conditioning and Warm Air Heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing, the size standard is 1,250 employees. There is a class waiver to the Non-Manufacture Rule for NAICS code 333415, the Non-Manufacture Rule does not apply to this acquisition. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 Alt A all prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote in response to this solicitation must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award. The website for SAM is www.SAM.gov.
