Description: Provide instructors, facilities and material for shooting training


Specification/Qualification Requirements:


Instructors: Primary, Secondary and Tertiary instructors shall have verifiable experience performing marksmanship as a ranked world class level, instructor lead at an accredited special operation small arms shooting school (e.g. SFAUC), or a minimum of 5-years instructing JSOC operators. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE RESUMES PROVING THAT INSTRUCTORS MEET REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS.


Facilities: Contractor's chosen location shall be within 800 miles of JBLM, WA. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ONE LOCATION THAT PROVIDES ALL REQUESTED SPECIFICATIONS; IF APPLICABLE, CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PROOF OF INTENT TO SUBCONTRACT TO THAT FACILITY. LOCATION SHALL NOT BE A GOVERNMENT/STATE/FEDERAL INSTALLATION. The contractor's chosen location shall also possess restrooms and classrooms on site. Shooting range that shall allow use of military automatic firearms of 5.56, 7.62 and 9mm. Range must allow for dynamic movements to the front, rear, left and right. The Contractor's range shall possess ability to conduct shooting while dismounting a vehicle while engaging steel targets, and possess barricades with remotely activated steel targets with the ability to maneuver on that range. Also, the contractor's chosen location shall have available DoD Compliant Arms, Ammunition Storage Rooms, Magazines and Bunkers IAW the DoD 5100.76-M (Physical Security Manual), be an approved DoD/BATF Class V Receiving Authority, and able to accommodate at least thirty (32) personnel.


Quantity: One (1) twelve (12) month Base Year with two (2) twelve (12) month Option Years

Destination: Performance at Contractor's facility as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
