24 Hour Traffic Counts
This Request for Qualification based submittal (RFQ) is for the purpose of contracting with a qualified engineering firm to assist the County in performing 24-hour ADT traffic counts at various locations on the System. The project consists of performing 24 hour volume, speed, and classification counts on County highways.
