The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 24,981 net usable square feet in Palm Harbor, Florida for use as a Community-based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The space must be Class A medical space, on no more than one floor, and can be provided by modification of existing space or new construction. On-site parking for 110 vehicles is required to include 10 handicapped spaces. Proposal responses are due by 2:00pm EST on October 15, 2019. See attached Request for Lease Proposal and Exhibits A-O.
