The Philadelphia Office of FLC Norfolk Contracts Department is purchasing bus transportation services in support of the National Defense University.
This contract action is anticipated to be a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFQ in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This requirement will be solicited as 100% small business set-aside. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on or around 2 June 2014 with a closing date of 6 June 2014 at 12:00PM (noon) Eastern Standard Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
The requirement will be evaluated utilizing the lowest priced responsive, responsible party evaluation.
The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 485510. The size standard is $14.0M. The period of performance is 1 July 2014-30 June 2015. This requirement is a 100% set-aside to small business. The solicitation number is N00189-14-T-0173.
