21st Century Community Learning Centers Program
The State is seeking bids for 21st Century Community Learning Centers. The purpose of the 21st Century Community Learning Centers program is to establish or expand quality Community Learning Centers' that provide students with academic support and enrichment opportunities as well as additional activities designed to complement students regular academic program and to bolster students learning outcomes.
