2040 Regional Transportation Plan Financial Analysis Tool
The Council is seeking consultant services for the development of a financial analysis tool and documentation for the 2040 Regional Transportation Plan that meets and exceeds federal guidelines on fiscal constraint. Interested firms will be required to gather financial data from local transportation entities, develop indices for inflation and future economic growth that are based on historic and econometric factors, and create a financial analysis tool with revenue and expenditure estimation components.T
