2019 PECOS DISTRICT FENCE CONSTRUCTION
SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE
The United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Pecos District Office, through the New Mexico State Office intends to award this procurement to an 8(a) company named L&R Comm and Construction Inc., 1010 Mesa Loop NW, Los Lunas, NM 87031. The BLM Pecos District Office requires removal of 15.7 miles of fence and construct approximately 17.0 miles of four-strand barbed wire fences located in Chavez, Eddy and Lincoln Counties, New Mexico. There are a total of ten (10) work sites.
This is not a competitive procurement and shall be awarded to L&R Comm. and Construction. The North American Industry Classification is 238990 - All Other Specialist Trade Contractors, size standard of $15.0.
